Day 43
Liam has had a really good day today, he has been busy beating me at a game he was given by his cousin Jack called Mancala. There is a bit of strategy involved and I’ll put him beating me down to me being preoccupied!
Liam’s friend Keenan came to visit this morning which cheered him up no end. The two of them sat playing with the lego for about an hour and discussing loonie tunes cartoons. We were also visited by Sally from the Child Cancer Foundation this afternoon and she delivered a bag of goodies including a nice pink panther that only the special cancer kids get! There are lots of activities coming up so hopefully Liam is well enough to participate in them.
Until tomorrow

So glad you’re feeling better, Liam, we’ll come out and visit you again and you can play Jack for the supreme title!

Hey Liam!!
We are in awe with your tremendous recovery!! Really enjoy reading through your progress each day and others comments too!! You have so many people who love you and care so much for how you are doing!!
You will be pleased to know that Jack has been wearing the Hurricanes shirt – and wears it with great pride!! (His crusaders one seems to have gone missing … but I certainly had nothing to do with that!
The special blanket that has been made for you looks amazing!! It bought tears to my eyes. I know that it must be great to have that to snuggle into.
Lots of Southern love to you all!! pjjfmm xxxx
